Crawler Type Compost Turner

This compost turner machine eliminates the hydraulic steering wheel type stacker. It is a new product owned exclusively by our company in the market. It fills the market gap that the large wheeled compost turner machines can not turn around in situ. When the crawler compost turner is in operation, the engine is started by personnel in the cab. By manipulating the hydraulic valve group, the following functions can be achieved:

1.Operating the “travel motor” valve lever to make the machine move forward, backward, and turn left or right.
2.Operating the “drum lifting cylinder” valve lever to position the drum at an appropriate height inside the pile and to lift the drum to a certain height, facilitating quick movement of the machine to transfer to another work site.
3.Operating the “engine clutch cylinder” valve lever to rotate or stop the drum.
4.Operating the “travel motor variable speed” valve lever to switch between high and low-speed states of the machine.
