This fermentation equipment is mainly used to ferment organic waste such as pig manure, chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, mushroom residue, traditional Chinese medicine residue, crop straw and so on. It have the advantages of small footprint, high corrosion resistance, killing pests and eggs ( can be adjusted to constant temperature 60- 100°C ) and many other advantages. It is a wise choice for the breeding enterprises, recycling agriculture, and ecological agriculture to realize the utilization of waste resources. In addition, different capacities of 5-50m3 can be customized according to customers’ needs.

Funktionsprinzip

First, put the material to be fermented into the fermentation cylinder from the feed port through the belt conveyor. While feeding the materials, the main motor is started and the motor speed reducer drives the main shaft to start stirring. At the same time, the spiral blades on the stirring shaft turn the raw materials, so that the materials are in full contact with the air, so the aerobic fermentation starts.
Secondly, the heating system of the electric heating rod at the bottom controlled by the electric box starts heating the heat transfer oil in the interlayer of the fermenter body. While heating, the temperature of the cylinder body can be adjusted to a better fermentation temperature by the temperature sensor. After the fermentation finished, the fermented raw materials is discharged through the discharge port for the next processing.
