The moving type compost turner adopts four wheel walking design, which can move forward, backward and turn freely, and it controlled driving by one person. During the operating process, the machine rides astride above the pre-piled strip fertilizer bases, and the rotary blades mounted on the shaft mix, fluffy and move the strip fertilizer bases along with the movement of the moving type compost turner, so that make the fertilizer bases forming into new strip stacks.

Working principle

The moving type compost turner is a composting equipment composed of a turning device and a walking device. The walking device adopts a four-wheel design, with a diesel engine as the power source, enabling forward, backward, and turning movements. It utilizes anti-skid tires and is operated by one person using a steering wheel-style control for simple and convenient operation. The main shaft speed of the turning device is controlled by the depth of the throttle pedal, while the forward speed and power of the walking device rely on gear selection control. During operation, the entire vehicle straddles the pre-stacked long strip compost pile, and the rotating stirring teeth mounted under the frame perform turning, loosening, and moving of the raw materials. After the vehicle passes, a new strip pile is formed.

Attentions

1.The width of the fertilizer piles can not exceed the width of the moving type compost turner.
2.There should be a certain space left at the both ends of the fertilizer pile, which is convenient for the machine to change direction. The spacing between the fertilizer piles should be more than 1 meters.
3.This machine can not be used as a walking vehicle or a heavy truck.
4.The machine must work on the flat surface, and the ground must be cement floor.

Through thorough mixing, it blends the high-temperature and low-temperature portions of the compost heap, introducing sufficient air to increase the oxygen content in the compost heap, while also removing excess moisture.
