The wheel type fertilizer compost turner is a patent product of our company. It is suitable for large span fermenting & pile-turning of high depth of livestock manure, sludge waste, filter mud, dregs of slag cake, straw sawdust and other organic waste. It is widely used in fermentation & decomposing and dehydrating of organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant, sludge & waste plant, garden spot and agaricus bisporus plant.

Working principle

Using this compost turner can fully perform its mixing function. Adding some adjuvant is necessary to meet the raw material’s requirement of water content & ph value, this machine can help stir and mix them thoroughly. It can also improve the permeablity of the materials, and make the materials fluffy and elastic. Allo stesso tempo, it absorbs large quantity of air and raises the temperature of fertilizer heap. If the temperature is over high, it can lower the temperature by reabsorbing fresh air, thus forming alternate state of medium-high temperature, which is beneficial to growth and reproduction of microbial flora.
