The limestone fertilizer production line is to make limestone granules or calcium carbonate granules. It typically consists of several stages, including milling, screening, mixing, granulating, drying, and cooling. The limestone fertilizer is commonly used to adjust the pH level of soil and provide plants with a source of calcium.

Working Process

Milling: The limestone rocks are milled into 200 mesh powders by the Raymond mill.
Mixing: The limestone powder should be mixed with other components such as ammonium nitrate, phosphate, and potash to create a complete fertilizer blend. The amount of each component used will depend on the specific fertilizer formulation.
Granulation: Then the fertilizer mixture can be granulated to form small pellets that are easier to handle and apply. This can be done using a disc granulator or a pin mixer granulator with binder.
Drying: With the help of a rotary dryer, the granulated fertilizer are dried to remove any excess moisture.
Cooling and screening: The dried fertilizer pellets are cooled and screened to remove any dust or fines.
Packaging and storage: The finished granular limestone fertilizer (soluble in water) are packaged and stored in a dry and cool place.
